There are three plans: Basic at $2/mo, Pro at $3/mo, and Premium at $5/mo (South & Southeast Asia pricing). Gulf & Americas and Europe regions have slightly different rates — check the pricing page for the full breakdown.
All plans are manually activated. Contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we'll confirm and activate your plan within 24 hours. This applies to Basic, Pro, and Premium — there is no automated billing on any tier.
Basic gives you a fully functional portfolio or store with default layouts and up to 6 projects or 10 products. Pro unlocks additional hero and navbar layouts, pro fonts, email notifications, and higher content limits. Premium unlocks everything — all layouts, all fonts, custom domain support, and priority support.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time. Downgrading keeps your content, but features above your new plan's limit will be locked until you remove the extras or upgrade again.
Your site stays live. Content over the new plan's limits is hidden from your public site until you remove the extras or upgrade back.
Yes — custom domain is a Premium feature. You add a CNAME or A record pointing to our servers and we handle the rest. All other plans use a free yourname.itsmyweb.site subdomain.
Since all plans are activated manually with no automated billing, there is nothing to refund automatically. If you are unhappy after activation, reach out and we will sort it personally.
